  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom-made or personalized DIY kits

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Include your name, order number, and reason for return.
  • Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, a cash refund will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be provided in person upon pickup or at the time of reverse delivery, depending on your location.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us via email at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
